Everything we need to know about the transition to the new system
mBanking and NetBanking for non residents
As of May 3, when we switched to the new information system, the new NetBanking and mBanking applications are at your disposal.
NetBanking and mBanking tutorials
We have developed the new applications with the desire to improve, i.e. raise your user experience to a higher level.
- Easier activation and logging in (without the TAN table).
- A more modern appearance, with the option to configure the home page.
- Easy and intuitive app navigation.
- Managing cards and adjusting limits.
- Temporarily locking and reactivating your cards.
- Monthly statements available in the NetBanking/mBanking application.
- International payments in the NetBanking and mBanking as well.
- Downloading payment confirmation from the applications in the form of a standard bank transfer form in PDF format.
- As we stated at the beginning, this is just the first step! We continue to work hard to develop new functionalities.
- Generating an International payment order in a foreign currency in favor of a foreign currency account with Erste Bank.
- Generating an International payment order in dinars in favor of an account outside Erste Bank.
- Attaching a document required for booking when generating an International payment order (for example, an insurance policy, a sales contract, etc., depending on the payment purpose). For now, when generating an International payment order in the new NetBanking and mBanking applications, it will be necessary to submit the documentation to the email address procesing.deviznirezimFL@erstebank.rs. Please note that the order will not be executed until you deliver the documentation.
- Availability of all details in the transaction overview that can be seen for a standard payment order after the execution of a standing order. Namely, in the transaction details, you will see the amount, the order status and the transaction reference number, while the data such as the transaction beneficiary, the beneficiary’s account, the payment purpose, and other details available on any executed order will be temporarily unavailable. Obviously, all of these data will be visible in the monthly statement.
- Details on credit card payments due.
- Correct overview of details of cash deposits and withdrawals. In the transaction details, you will see the amount, the order status and the transaction reference number, while the data such as the transaction beneficiary, the transaction payer, the account to which the payment was made and the purpose of the transaction will be temporarily unavailable. You will certainly be able to check all this data in the monthly statement.

- When we switch to the new applications, some functionalities will no longer be available.
- The history of transactions via the NetBanking and mBanking, as well as templates and the list of predefined beneficiaries will not be transferred to the new applications.
- Concluding agreements on savings accounts without going to the bank.
- Concluding agreements on Keep the Change and NovoMob services, and activating the mBanking account via the NetBanking application.
- It will not be possible to change the email address, contact address and phone number, but only the username and password.

Transition to the new IT system
We plan to transition to the new IT system, which will benefit you in the future in terms of the improvement in services you use. We have made this decision in order to align our products and services fully with the state-of-the art technologies and to provide you with innovative support.

The transition to the new system will cause some minor changes to existing Bank products and services but will not affect price changes in any way.
Here we would highlight just some of the changes that await us from May 3rd:
- Zeros will be added before the existing current RSD sub-account number
- Existing foreign multi-currency account will be linked to only one currency and zeros will be added to the sub-account. This refers also to a vista savings accounts
- Amended General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Payment Services
- Modification of the Price List, which implies the harmonization of tariff explanations, but does not affect the price change in any way
