European Investment Bank (EIB) funds

We offer you funds for financing long-term investment needs of companies, for projects in the territory of the Republic of Serbia

 

  • Use the approved funds for financing all investments and working capital needs in development, except for exclusively financial transactions (investments and costs must be eligible in accordance with the EIB criteria);
  • Your investment will be supported by the maximum amount in accordance with your credit standing;
  • We offer you financing in RSD with an FX clause or in EUR in accordance with the Law on Foreign Exchange Operations;
  • Use the possibility of loan repayment in monthly instalments, with the possibility of a grace period.

The product is available after you deliver the mandatory documentation and security instruments, with a corporate current account with the Bank.

EIB Global and Erste Bank Serbia team up to boost social inclusion, with a focus on professional development for vulnerable social groups across Serbia.

  • EIB Global has signed a €10 million loan and a €1.3 million grant with Erste Bank Serbia.
  • The funds target small businesses, with the goal of enhancing their access to finance.
  • Innovative impact incentive structure of the deal will encourage inclusive job opportunities for individuals from vulnerable social groups.

Using an innovative impact incentive structure, Erste Bank will provide financing to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and Midcaps willing to commit to:

  • offering permanent employment,
  • career development and
  • leadership opportunities.

to individuals who often face barriers to employment, such as:

  • women,
  • young people, and
  • persons with disabilities.

Companies that achieve such social inclusion objectives will be able to receive financial incentives funded through the grant under the EIB’s Economic Resilience Initiative (ERI).

EIB Global will also provide technical assistance to small companies for developing and implementing projects and inclusive practices with strong social impact to ensure they deliver measurable and lasting results.

  • Micro, small and medium enterprises with a need for investment or working capital,
  • Small Mid Capitalization companies,
  • Clients who implement projects with a positive impact on the social components.
