1. Transfer of securities based on inheritance
If you have become the owner of securities based on inheritance, in order to transfer them to your securities account, the following documentation needs to be submitted:
- final probate decision
- excerpt from the Register of deaths of the testator
- copies of valid ID cards of the heirs
2. Transfer of securities based on of gift agreement
- If you have become the owner of securities based on a gift agreement, in order to transfer them to your securities account, the following documentation needs to be submitted:
- gift agreement certified at the court
- copies of valid ID cards of the donor and donee
Use the services of securities transfer without a change of ownership
- We offer you a possibility of changing the depository - transfer to the securities account with another member of Central Securities Depository and Clearing House
- Register your pledge - transfer of securities from the ownership account to the pledge account of the securities holder
1. Transfer to the ownership securities account with other member of Central Securities Depository and Clearing Housesecurities - change of depository
- If you are a client of other brokerage/bank, and you wish to transfer your securities to a ownership securities account with Erste Bank, or if you are a client of Erste Bank, and you wish to change the depository (transfer your securities to your ownership securities account with another member of the Central Securities Depository), it is necessary to:
- place an order for securities transfer (to the broker or the bank with which your ownership securities account is held and where your securities are deposited),
- deliver the copy of the agreement on opening and maintenance of ownership securities account signed with the broker or the bank to which you wish to transfer your securities.
2. Registration of the pledge (transfer of securities to a pledge account)
Pledge is registered by transferring securities from the ownership securities account to the pledge account of the holder of securities. The following documentation needs to be delivered:
- Agreement on the pledge
- Loan Agreement
