Vuk Vučević
President of the Executive Board
Vuk Vučević joined Erste Leasing almost a decade ago, and as of 1 February 2024, he was appointed President of the Executive Board.
After graduating from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Belgrade, majoring in trade, he continued his education at the School of Social Sciences at the University of Manchester, where he studied the problems of using market power, market monopolization, and contemporary British antitrust regulation.
Vuk started his career as a business consultant on the World Bank projects in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia. After that, he continued his professional path in the field of financial and operational leasing, working for leading European and global companies. For three years, he held the position of Sales Director at Intesa Leasing, and from 2008 to 2013, he was the CEO of SoGe Leasing.
Vuk is a trainer for leadership, personal productivity, financial acumen and coaching, certified by the world's leading company Franklin Covey, as well as for change management certified by Prosci, the leader in this field. Throughout his career, he published several papers in the fields of finance, tax regulation, marketing and sales. He is a member of many professional bodies and committees with the aim of improving economic regulation, leadership, and the leasing industry in Serbia.

Rastislav Drljić was appointed a Member of the Executive Board of Erste Leasing on 1 February 2024. In his new position he is responsible for sales and marketing, and he entered it from the post of the long-term Director of the Sales Department.

Rastislav Drljić was appointed a Member of the Executive Board of Erste Leasing on 1 February 2024. In his new position he is responsible for sales and marketing, and he entered it from the post of the long-term Director of the Sales Department.
He graduated in 2005 from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Belgrade, majoring in trade, and since 2006 he has been part of the Erste Leasing team, where he has participated in the development of the leasing industry in Serbia practically from the very beginning.
Rastislav has been patiently and dedicatedly building his professional career for almost 18 years. Notable successes and excellent business results over the years have contributed to his professional advancement.
Since 2009, he has continuously held various management positions in Erste Leasing, first as a sales manager for passenger and commercial vehicles, and then from 2012 as a manager of the Retail Sales Department, while in May 2015, he assumed the position of Director of the Sales Department.
