Documentation for private individuals

  • Completed Online Application
  • Supplier’s Offer (Proforma Invoice) for the leased asset according to the applicant’s specification
  • Copy of Personal ID Card (issued/read within the last 15 days prior to application submission)
  • Completed and Signed Declaration on Public Official Status
  • Employment Certificate completed, signed, and certified by the employer
  • Administrative Wage Assignment (Administrative Ban) certified by the employer and signed by the applicant
  • Employer-certified Payroll Slips for the last 3 months
  • Bank Account Statement for the last 6 months showing the last 3 salary payments

Note:

  • Erste Leasing reserves the right to request additional documentation if deemed necessary for further processing of the application.
  • If a guarantor is required, the guarantor must provide the same documentation as the lessee/applicant, with the form clearly marked as "Guarantor".
  • If the guarantor is a legal entity, the guarantor application must be completed in accordance with the requirements for legal entities and submitted together with this application.

Documentation for legal entities

  • Completed Online Application
  • Supplier’s Offer (Proforma Invoice) for the leased asset
  • Copy of Personal ID Card/Passport for the legal entity’s legal representatives and owners (ID card reading date must not be older than 15 days for legal representatives; for owners, older ID card readings are acceptable)
  • Completed, signed, and certified Beneficial Ownership Information Form
  • Completed and signed Declaration on Public Official Status for all beneficial owners (a separate declaration is required for each owner; the declaration must be signed and does not require a company stamp)
  • Copy of the Bank Signature Card (Specimen Signatures Form)
  • Trial Balance (synthetic three-digit account structure) for the current year, including account recapitulation, not older than two months (Lessee/Guarantor only)
  • Copy of the Extract issued by the competent authority if the Lessee is not registered with the Serbian Business Registers Agency (APR)
  • For legal entities whose ownership structure includes non-resident legal entities, an extract from the relevant business register must be provided for all legal entities within the ownership structure. The extract must not be older than six months from the date of establishing the business relationship. Extracts in English may be submitted without translation, while extracts in other languages must be translated into Serbian by an authorized court translator.

Documentation for entrepreneurs

  • Completed Online Application
  • Supplier’s Offer (Proforma Invoice) for the leased asset
  • Copy of Personal ID Card/Passport of the entrepreneur (ID card reading date must not be older than 15 days)
  • Copy of the Bank Signature Card (Specimen Signatures Form)
  • Trial Balance for the current year, including account recapitulation, not older than two months
  • Copy of the Extract from the Serbian Business Registers Agency (APR), or an extract from another competent authority if the entrepreneur is not registered with APR
    • Public notaries, attorneys-at-law, and other regulated professions must provide a certificate/confirmation/decision confirming active professional status, not older than three months
  • In addition to the above documentation, entrepreneurs subject to lump-sum taxation (flat-rate taxpayers) must also provide:
  • Business bank account statements for the last 12 months
  • Certificate of account turnover showing credit and debit balances from the client’s business bank accounts for the last 12 months
  • Copy of the Tax Administration decision on lump-sum taxation (advance or final decision for the current year)
  • Extract from the individual tax return (electronic database extract) for the last three months, if the entrepreneur pays a personal salary
  • Tax Administration certificate confirming that all tax liabilities have been settled, not older than 30 days
