For the construction of Sirius Offices business complex in Belgrade, a project in which 62 million euros was invested, Immorent Singidunum - a member of the Erste Group, received the prestigious BREEAM certificate for socially responsible approach and application of environmentally friendly solutions in construction and facility management.

The modern vision of the project development and the most advanced architectural and design solutions applied to the Sirius Offices project were rated as EXCELLENT by BREEAM certificate, which was awarded to the developer - Immorent Singidunum, a member of Erste Group from Austria. This certification is based on meeting a wide range of environmental criteria and assessing the impact of construction solutions on the environment, according to the world wide recognized method of real estate certification - BRE Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM).
The certificate reflects the value of real estate viewed through the prism of improved solutions and their performance in the entire life cycle of the building, from the construction to their use and renovation. This means that projects with a BREEAM assessment contribute to the establishment of a more sustainable environment and greater well-being for the community, while saving non-renewable natural resources.
"The interior of the Sirius Offices complex is designed in accordance with the modern approach to business, which is currently rapidly changing and adapting to the needs of employees, but essentially reflects the value orientation of Erste Group members towards socially and environmentally responsible business. It is a pleasure to receive recognition that confirms the importance of a sustainable business vision and motivates us to set even more ambitious goals in the future," said Wolfgang Hausner on the occasion of obtaining the BREEAM certificate.
The Sirius Offices complex covers an area of 30,800 gross square meters and includes 376 parking spaces. All buildings within the complex are built in accordance with BREEAM standards, in order to provide ideal working conditions and optimize user costs, while respecting strict energy efficiency requirements. The minimum energy consumption for heating and cooling is also implied, as well as the use of renewable and recycled materials.
