Remember and keep confidential your PIN (secret number). Do not keep it written down next to the card or on the card itself. You are not obligated to tell your PIN to anyone, not even to police officers or Bank officers.
Do not reply to any e-mails claiming to be from VISA or MasterCard and do not by any means complete any forms that require the entry of detailed data on the card, account number or account balance. If you receive any such e-mail, inform the Bank immediately.
Do not keep your card together with your cash or chequebook.
Sign your new card immediately upon receipt in the designated area on the back of the card.
Cut the old expired card through the magnetic strip and return it to the Bank. The card that expired or was for any reason cancelled must not be used.
The card is issued to the cardholder, it is non-transferable and is issued for the period defined by the Bank’s Decision. The card is the property of the Bank and the cardholder must return the cut card immediately upon the Bank’s request.
The Bank does not assume any responsibility for the quality of goods and services purchased by using the card.
The cardholder resolves any complaints regarding goods and services at the point of sale.
Your card must be accepted at any point of sale and ATM where its sign is displayed (DinaCard, VISA, Maestro, MasterCard, VISA Electron).
Write down the numbers of your cards and the phone numbers at which you may report card theft or loss and keep them separate from the cards themselves. In the case of card theft or loss, immediately call the Bank at 021/ 677-21-16. This phone is available to you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
If the cardholder has a complaint regarding the card use, he/she may contact the Bank sub-branch and confirm the complaint in writing. The deadline for complaint filing is thirty days from the due date of the liabilities.
If, after reporting the loss, the cardholder finds his/her card, he/she must not use it and must inform the Bank accordingly.
All expenses resulting from card abuse that are created until the time of reporting the card theft/loss to the Bank will be borne by the cardholder.
