Domestic Payment Operations

One of the benefits of opening an account with Erste Bank is the possibility of conducting domestic payment operations via Internet banking. This enables customers to effect payments in the country from their office.

By using e-banking, customers become entitled to a discount on the regular fee applied to paper-based payments.

Documents required for account opening:

  • Application for account opening (1 copy)
  • Agreement on performance of payment operations in the country (2 copies)
  • List of specimen signatures – dinar account (2 copies)
  • Questionnaire on opening an account in the payment operations system (1 copy)
  • Status documents

The forms must be certified and signed by the person authorised for representation who is also registered in the status documents.

Status documents for particular types of customers:

Enterprises

  • Decision on registration with the Business Register Agency – the photocopy must be certified
  • The document of the competent authority containing  the Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  • OP Form – signatures of the persons authorised for representation, certified by the court or municipality
  • Photocopy of the ID card of the person authorised for representation

Entrepreneurs

  • Decision on registration with the Business Register Agency
  • The document of the competent authority containing  the Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  • Photocopy of the ID card of the owner – entrepreneur

In addition to the documents stipulated above, the customer may be required to submit documents stipulated by another law or regulation.
